Cloudflare Turnstile

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you are human and prevent spam. Turnstile is a privacy-focused alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs — it does not track users across sites or use cookies for advertising. For more details, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. This is necessary for the form to function and is loaded regardless of cookie consent.

Contact form data

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), project type, budget range, and message. This data is:

  • Stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Pendulum Development staff
  • Synced to our CRM (Brevo) for managing the enquiry
  • Used solely to respond to your enquiry and manage our relationship

We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to any third party. Your information is only used for direct communication between you and Pendulum Development.

Marketing communications

The contact form includes an optional checkbox to receive occasional news, insights, and offers from us. This is entirely opt-in — we will never send marketing emails unless you explicitly consent. If you opt in, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting us at studio@pendulumdev.co.uk.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing studio@pendulumdev.co.uk.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at studio@pendulumdev.co.uk.
